To take care of kittens let them nurse from their mother for the first 4 weeks after theyre born if the kittens arent nursing youll need to bottle feed them with powdered cat milk replacer which you can find at most major pet stores avoid feeding cows milk to a kitten or you could upset its stomach. Never feed a cold kitten if the kittens are cold you will need to warm them up slowly you can tell a kitten is cold if the pads of his feet and or ears feel cool or cold put your finger in the kittens mouth if it feels cold then the kittens temperature is too low this is life threatening and must be dealt with immediately. Breech births are frequent and often arent a problem in cats however if the first kitten is a breech birth especially in the first time mother its possible that it can become stuck in the birth canal this can happen with any breech birth kitten but its more likely with first kittens and births
